The Grand Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was incredible. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall quality of the hotel. Secondly, the location in the city center was perfect. It made it easy for me to explore and experience everything the city has to offer. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. The rooms had a unique and refreshing greenish atmosphere that made it a pleasure to relax and work in.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Malang that exceeded my expectations. the location was ideal, right in the heart of the city center, just a stone's throw away from Malang's Alun Alun and the main malls. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and getting to all the local attractions.

the location of the hotel was great as it was close to everything and easy to navigate. the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included which was an Indonesian breakfast with various options. the staff were friendly and welcoming, overall a quality establishment.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent. It's great that the hotel offered both options and the food was delicious. The staff and service were also impressive. They were attentive and provided high standards of service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the market and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel rooms were not up to par. The rooms were not very spacious and the decor was lacking. In addition, the room cleanliness wasn't up to expectations. The bed sheets and covers appeared dirty and unwashed, which was a turn-off. while the food and service were great, I was disappointed with the room quality.

Nothing to fault.

Spent an amazing weekend in a beautifully decorated hotel with a Romanesque theme. Loved the Indonesian breakfast that was included with the room. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the popular attractions in the city. the staff were friendly and accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were a bit small but cozy and well-decorated. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the water in the bathroom as it was not warm and there was a leak.
